About US

We can do better.

Welcome to democrUSy, an online gathering place where we explore what it means to be more involved in our local communities, organizations and governments. We discuss the basics of democracy, like how to register to vote, why voting is important, what the different representatives do for your communities, how to run for office in your city, and how citizens can be more connected within their community.

We are not experts, we are not lawyers, or seasoned politicians. We are just regular people, learning more about how the system works for representation, law-making and why it is important. Context is key. We strive to be more informed voters, to be open-minded, and to make a positive difference within our generation and for those to come.

Hop on this curiosity journey with us, we hope that we all can become more impactful change-makers - it's up to us, seriously.
